Meeting the needs of small to medium-scale production
The customer, a Bolivian business involved in food production, required machinery that could handle high volumes of Chin Chin—a popular West African snack made from fried dough.
Our Chin Chin Cutter Machine was the perfect solution, providing them with the ability to produce uniform, high-quality pieces at an efficient rate of 150-300 kg/h. The machine’s adjustable cutting width feature ensures flexibility, enabling them to produce Chin Chin in various sizes to meet market demands.
In addition to the cutting machine, we also supplied a set of complementary equipment, including a pressing machine, frying machine, and de-oiling machine. These machines are designed to complement each other, ensuring a seamless production process from start to finish.
The pressing machine ensures consistent dough thickness, while the frying machine provides optimal frying temperature control, and the de-oiling machine removes excess oil from the fried product, guaranteeing a cleaner and healthier final snack.
Enhancing productivity and quality
Our machines are built to international standards, ensuring durability, high efficiency, and easy operation. The Bolivian customer particularly appreciated the durability and low maintenance requirements of the machines, which are built from stainless steel for long-lasting performance.
The pressing machine has a capacity of 200-300 kg/h, while the frying machine processes up to 100 kg/h, making them suitable for medium-scale production.
Supporting our customers every step of the way
This transaction demonstrates our commitment to providing reliable and customizable equipment tailored to our customers’ specific needs. From product selection to post-sales support, we ensured that the customer received a machine setup capable of meeting their production goals and enhancing operational efficiency.
The full set of equipment was shipped to Jinan City, China, where it was processed and prepared for export. The Bolivian customer was delighted with the turnkey solution we offered, which not only met their technical requirements but also helped them optimize their Chin Chin production.
