Customer feedback on garlic bulb separating machine
The customer was satisfied with the standard features of the garlic clove splitting machine, and no additional customizations were requested.
We provided them with a comprehensive overview of the machine’s specifications and functionality, which aligned well with their needs.
Key considerations during the sales process
Throughout the negotiation, the customer had several important factors in mind that influenced their decision:
- Pricing. Being new to importing machinery, they were particularly focused on the overall cost and ensuring they received good value for their investment.
- Shipping and delivery. As this was their first time importing equipment, they paid close attention to shipping logistics and costs. They were considering purchasing both the splitting machine and a garlic root cutting machine at once but, after comparing the costs of shipping one versus both machines, they opted to start with the splitting machine.
- Machine quality. The couple prioritized the durability and performance of the machine to ensure it would meet their farm’s production demands.
- Future potential. While they decided to purchase the garlic clove splitting machine first, they remain interested in acquiring additional equipment (specifically the garlic root cutter) based on how well the first machine integrates into their production.
Conclusion
By addressing the customer’s pricing concerns and providing clear shipping options, we were able to help them make a confident purchasing decision.
The garlic clove splitting machine is now set to enhance their farm’s production efficiency. As they grow, we anticipate continuing to support their operations with future machinery purchases, including the garlic root cutter.
