Last month, our Injera making machine was sent to a modern restaurant in Cameroon.
This restaurant specializes in traditional Cameroonian cuisine, and is owned by a Cameroonian of Chinese descent. The flagship dish of the restaurant is “Injera” a traditional Cameroonian delicacy made from a mixture of cornmeal, cassava flour, and water.
