Results after installation and customer feedback
Uniform drying quality
The TZ-24 fish dryer provides stable hot-air circulation and accurate temperature control, resulting in evenly dried fish with natural color, meeting export-grade quality standards.
Longer shelf life and easier transportation
Dried fish greatly extends the storage time and reduces weight and volume, lowering transportation costs, especially for customers exporting to regions such as Europe and the Middle East.
Reduced waste and higher added value
Fresh fish, which spoils easily, can now be processed into dry products. This reduces raw material loss and significantly increases product value.
Versatile for multiple materials
Besides fish, the customer successfully dried shrimp, seaweed, and other seafood products. The TZ-24 model fish drying machine for sale is flexible and suitable for various raw materials.
Project impact and future plans
With the TZ-24 fish drying machine, the Sierra Leone customer established a small-scale dried fish processing line. This machine helps them meet local market demand while preparing for future expansion into export markets.
Due to the positive initial results, the customer plans to upgrade to a larger capacity model (such as a 48-tray machine or higher) to support greater production volume in the future.
