How Does the Double-suction Screening Machine Work?

Material is evenly fed onto a vibrating screen deck. The combination of mechanical vibration and adjustable screen apertures separates particles by size — fines fall through the mesh, while oversize and qualified fractions are discharged separately.

Meanwhile, two powerful stainless-steel suction fans generate upward airflow across the material stream. This dual-suction system removes:
